Hi, I’m Andrew Ferreira.

I’m a Brazilian-born data engineer with a deep love for Jesus and a deep belief that data, when used with wisdom and purpose, can help the Church reach people more personally than ever before.

Over the last years, I’ve worked full-time helping churches make sense of their data—building systems, pipelines, dashboards, and integrating AI into ministry workflows.

Along the way, I’ve realized something powerful: behind every number is a name, and behind every data point is a person God cares deeply about.

This blog is where I share what I’m learning at the intersection of faith, data, and technology.

Every week, I’ll post lessons from real projects, thoughts on the future of Church + data, and stories of how data can be a tool to serve—never replace—Spirit-led leadership.

I often get questions from churches and ministries in both the U.S. and Brazil about how we’re doing this work. This space is my way of answering those questions more publicly—so we can learn and grow together as we keep reaching the one.
